Mount Mee State Forest and Mount Mee are located to the north west of Brisbane around 60km. The easiest way there is to go through Samford and Dayboro then follow Mount Mee and Sellin roads to the forest. A 4 wheel drive will be necessary inside the park as some areas can only be accessed with one. This is a short drive from Brisbane so it makes a excellent day trip and is well worth it as the scenery is so nice in the area.
