Booking Your Wedding

Please help us to help you plan your ideal wedding day by following this simple procedure.

The process we take to book your wedding is as follows:

  1. VIEW THE PROPERTY: You are very welcome to view the property independently 7 days a week between 7.00am - 6.00pm.
  2. SELECT THE DATE: Please select the date that you would like to hold your wedding. If this date is available, I am happy to hold it for you while you are deciding on a package. We will hold a date for you for 1 month.
  3. SELECT THE PACKAGE: Select the package that includes all the items that you require. If you wish to have a personalised package tailor made for you with some items from our advertised packages but not others, please send a bullet point list of only the items you wish to have included. A quote can then be prepared for you.
  4. PAY YOUR DEPOSIT: Your deposit will be 1/3 of the estimated total of the number of people who will attend at the package price you have selected. Suppliers can not be booked until your deposit has been received.
  5. Once you have selected your date and package and confirmed these with a deposit, you are required to advise of your package inclusion choices:
    • - Ceremony Music - String Trio, Harpist, Piper, Guitarist
    • - Reception Music - DJ or Solo Singer/Guitarist/DJ
    • - Celebrant - Male or Female
    • - Photography - Printed Photo collection or Video Package.
    • Once booked, these professionals will contact you directly to discuss your specific needs.
  6. Other package inclusions such as chair cover colour, sash colour, centrepeice and cake can be selected at any time from the albums that are always available at our reception desk.
  7. You will be provided with room floor plans and seating charts to work on when you wish to begin on this task. Please let me know when you are ready. You will be provided with the menu once we know which menu we will be operating on for your chosen day. Our menus are subject to seasonal change.
  8. All final details for your wedding are required by the Friday the week prior to the wedding.
