Booking your wedding

Please allow us to help you plan your ideal wedding day


 

  1. VIEW THE PROPERTY:  Allow us to show you around our property, our wedding coordinator is available Monday to Friday to show you around and answer any questions that you have concerning your special day. Apointments may also be arranged for a Saturday. It is extremely important to us that you view our property at its best, that we are able to answer any questions that you have at the time of viewing the property to ensure that you are getting an absolute indication of what we can do and to offer any other suggestions that you may not have thought of.
  2. SELECT THE DATE:  Share your preferred date with us, if your date is available it would be our pleasure to hold it for you temporarily. Whilst you are deciding on a final package we are happy to tentatively hold the date for 4 Weeks after which time if the booking is not confirmed this booking will then be released.
  3. SELECT THE PACKAGE:  With the help of our wedding coordinator select the package that best suits your requirements. It is really important to us that you have everything you need and that your day is just perfect. We are more than happy to discuss any other ideas or options with you to tailor make the day to suit. Send us a bullet point list of items you wish to have and we can then tailor make a package just for you.
  4. PAY YOUR DEPOSIT:  Once your date has been confirmed and a package selected a deposit request form along with a copy of our terms and conditions will be sent to you. The deposit along with the signed terms and conditons will be required back to us before we can confirm and secure your booking. Our wedding deposits are based on the estimated total number of guests attending your reception at the package price you have selected.
  5. Suppliers will not be booked until your deposit has been received. Once your wedding is confirmed with a deposit, and signed our terms and conditions are returned our wedding coordinator will then liase directly with you to finalise and book all the package details such as;
    • - Ceremony Music - String Trio, Harpist, Piper, Guitarist
    • - Reception Music - DJ or Solo Singer/Guitarist/DJ
    • - Celebrant - Male or Female
    • - Photography - Printed Photo collection or Video Package. 
    • Once booked, these professionals will contact you directly to discuss your specific needs.
  6. Other package inclusions such as chair cover colour, sash colour and center peices can be selected at any time from the albums that are always available at our reception desk. You will be provided with room floor plans and seating charts to work on when you wish to begin on this task.
